Cathleen is an Occupational Therapist with over 22 years of clinical experience helping young adults, adults and older adults overcome everyday challenges and build meaningful, independent lives.
Throughout her career, she has worked across rehabilitation, community healthcare, mental health and correctional services.
These experiences have taught her that every person is unique and that no diagnosis, illness, pain or life circumstance defines who they are or what they can achieve.
Her approach is person-centred, strengths-based and guided by the Recovery Approach.
She takes the time to understand what matters most to her clients and work collaboratively to set realistic goals, overcome barriers and create practical strategies that support one’s independence, confidence and participation in the activities that give one’s life meaning.
