Ms. Tiziana Farrell

Post-Natal Doula

Tiziana’s journey into postpartum support combines her professional experience as a social worker and her personal experience as a mother.

She has worked as a social worker since 2006, supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions. Becoming a mother deepened her understanding of the emotional, practical and relational changes that parenthood brings.

After experiencing a challenging postpartum period as a second-time mother, she became passionate about supporting families during this often-overlooked stage.

She trained as a postpartum doula in 2020.

She provides compassionate, non-judgemental support to parents and families as they adjust to life with a new baby.

Her approach is tailored to each family’s needs and focuses on practical and emotional support, answering questions and building confidence.

Postpartum consultations provide a safe, supportive space to discuss life after having a baby. Support may include newborn care, feeding, rest and recovery, routines, relationships, emotional wellbeing and everyday practical challenges.

She can also help you create a personalised postpartum plan covering practical arrangements, feeding preferences, support networks, household responsibilities and additional resources.

Her role is not to tell her clients how to parent, but to help them find what works for their family.
